With the rise in popularity of HO T-jet racing a number of small manufacturers have produced many excellent products to make your Aurora Thunderjet 500 car go faster, handle better and run smoother. In
an effort to provide ‘one stop shopping’ for the HO racing enthusiast I have
gathered some of the better parts and tools in one location for easier shopping.

Bodies:
You may be surprised to see bodies under the heading of ‘handling’
rather than, say, ‘appearance’ for example.
Numerous tests by experienced racers have shown that the choice of body
definitely affects your cars handling. These
bodies have been recommended by top national t-jet racers as being among the
‘best handling’ At the present time there are only one or two makers of approved Fray and ECHORR bodies. Below are approved Greg’s Garage bodies.

Anyone who has ever run a new t-jet out of the box without oiling it knows the five gear power train sounds like you are dragging a bag of nickels around the track.
There are many changes you can make to the power train to make it almost

Evil’s Own Best T-jets Ever Carefully hand assembled AND track tested by 2018 and 2019 Challenge Champion Kevin ‘Dr Evil’ Price, this chassis starts with a NOS Aurora chassis and adds Slot Tech brushes, Dash magnets, Wizzard pickups, hanging weight front end, AST tires, RTHO gears and hand selected gear plate.
